Sun, relaxation and relaxed lifestyle 6 km from the sea, between Cassis and Bandol.
In the calm of the Provencal countryside, discover our beautiful small stone house, with terrace and private garden of 100 m2 for 2 to 4 people.
This is adjacent to the main villa, with independent access and living spaces opposite each other to preserve the privacy of each.

The rental is located in a magnificent one hectare property between vineyards, hundred-year-old olive trees, fig and almond trees.
You will find all the charm of Provence and will be calm lulled by the song of the cicadas (summer), while enjoying beautiful days at the beach or on walks.
We are in the heart of the Bandolais vineyard with all that this offers in wine-growing areas to discover and AOC Bandol and Côtes de Provence wines to taste (in moderation of course).

The beautiful and large Lecques beach is the closest, there is a promenade all along it with parking lots and direct access to the sand. It benefits from the 'Blue Flag' label for the quality of its waters and ports.

The T2 house measures approximately 42 m2 and includes:

A carefully decorated living room with 2 armchairs and a 2-seater sofa convertible into a 140x190 cm bed (very thick mattress for comfort), 32 '' (81cm) LCD TV LG brand + DVD player + Wi-Fi internet connection.
A fitted open kitchen (2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven, microwave, dishes, utensils and kitchen utensils, etc.) and a dining area.
A cozy bedroom with a new quality memory bed 160 × 200 cm and large closets for storage.
A bathroom with spacious corner shower, basin and beautiful earthenware, a large mirror and wc.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fans, vacuum cleaner available.

Outside, a beautiful terrace with a wrought iron garden table, very comfortable parasols and deckchairs to relax and enjoy the private garden in the shade of the mulberry tree or sunbathe.

We focus on a neat, personalized and friendly welcome in order to receive you at best.

Very well maintained, clean and tidy house.

A Perfect Stay
The property was as beautiful as we had hoped, perfect for 2 people, with outdoor space for eating and relaxing. Everything was clean and fresh and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We arrived to some welcoming gifts, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed visiting some interesting villages as well as the beautiful coastline. All in all a perfect stay!

Magic rural house in Provence
We really enjoyed staying at this place. The house was very beautiful, very comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. An ideal place for a couple, this is an amazing place! The owners were super-preventive and welcome to us in the highest degree. It was very pleasure to get from them a some presents: home local oil, wine, and wine again! Vanessa was a very kindly and positive owner. Thank you very much for such a reception in Provence! C'était une très belle chambre, ppre et calme.ro L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer l'ouest de la Côte d'Azur. des réponses très rapides à nos questions. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub trotz desaströsem Wetter in dieser kleinen niedlichen Wohnung. Grade der Aussenbereich ist traumhaft schön, sehr entspannend, die Küche ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Un agréable séjour au milieu des oliviers.
Hébergement charmant, au calme, à proximité de nombreux points d’intérêt touristiques. Logement parfait pour un couple, bien équipé, literie confortable. Ein Haus von dem sich die Provence erkunden lässt!
Diese Wohnung war für unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub ideal. Von hier war es nicht weit zu einer Bucht am Meer in der wir oft zum Baden waren. Als Ausgangspunkt zu Wandertouren in der Umgebung und zum Besuch der umliegenden Dörfer und Städte ist die Lage optimal. Allerdings braucht man geeignete Fortbewegungsmittel, Auto oder Fahrrad. Alle Nebenstraßen sind Sackgassen so, dass es zu möglichen Aktivitäten immer erst eine Strecke zurückgelegt werden muss. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Außenbereich zum Erholen. Die Ausstattung war für unsere Zwecke voll ausreichend. Auch kleinere Malzeiten konnten gut zubereitet werden. Für zwei, eventuell auch für drei Personen bietet dies Unterkunft alles für einen guten Urlaub. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren bequem. Einzig die Internetverbindung war oft gestört und teilweise sehr langsam. Die Verbindung zum Router war aber gut. Das war für uns aber nicht ganz so wichtig. Die Vermieterin haben wir zwar nicht kennengelernt, sie war leider verhindert. Ihre Eltern haben uns herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung an uns übergeben. Eine ausführliche Einweisung in die Technik der Wohnung und Informationen haben wir dabei bekommen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes haben uns die Eltern von Frau Vanessa auf unsere Fragen immer gerne Auskunft gegeben. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein, selbst gemachte Marmelade und ein paar Zitronen. Das alles aus ihrem eigenen Anbau. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We were in Provence in the first week of novembre 2022. We were friendly welcomed by the hosts father because she was away, but we were in contact and she was always available via phone. Everything was as described and clean. We also got helpful information about local markets and places to visit. We had rented car which was necessary. We had a good time chez Les Amandiers and like to recommend it.

A wonderful place to spent your holidays
The domicile is very lovely and charming, there is nothing you would miss. It lies in a very calm area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and villas; and just a short ride takes you to take beach of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer. The landlady Vanessa, who lives next door, is very nice and helpful - and she speaks very good english! We can recommend this apartment strongly if you want to visit the Provence: You cannot find a better place to be! (Dorothée and Thomas, September 2022)

Nahe an der Cote a'zur, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen
Für uns war das kleine Ferienhäuschen ideal. Es ist sehr ruhig da, wenn man von dem Zirpen der Zikaden absieht. Das Häuschen ist für 2 Personen. Besonders gut in der Hauptsaison ist die Klimaanlage. Es ist alles gut vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieterin Vanessa ist die beste, die wir bisher hatten. Sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zum Strand sind wir lieber nach Sanary gefahren. Der war sehr schön und nicht so überlaufen. Das Meer ist wärmer als im Schwimmbad (Juli). Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub. Die Provence ist einfach wunderschön.

Angenehmer Auftenthalt an der Cote d'Azur
Wir haben uns in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist komfortabel und geschmackcvoll ausgestattet und hat genau die richtige Größe für zwei Personen. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen auch bei großer Hitze, das Bett ist mit einer sehr guten Matratze ausgestattet, in Bad und Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen, war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen und hat sich, wenn nötig, sofort gekümmert. Vanessa ist eine aufmerksame, zugewandte Gastgeberin. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Un environnement exceptionnel !
Vanessa et ses parents Josette et Jean-Claude ont été très accueillants, et à la fois discrets et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. Ils ont fait de belles recommandations qui nous ont permis entre autres de découvrir Bormes-les-Mimosas et de faire une très belle randonnée à la Sainte-Beaume. Nous avons aussi aimé aller prendre l’apéro en bord de mer à Les lecques ou se trouve une très jolie plage ! La maison est petite mais elle a beaucoup de charme et le jardin est magnifique. Nous recommandons sans réserve idéalement pour deux personnes.Nous en gardons de merveilleux souvenirs !

Das Objekt entsprach 100% der Internetbeschreibung und hat gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Vanessa, die Vermieterin gab uns ein herzliches Willkommen und war jederzeit mit Rat und Tat für uns erreichbar.
