"The property is a few miles of Luccmajor. The address in the description ain’t correct. The owner helped us by phone and gave us the right directions so there wasn’t a problem. The parents of the owner live next door and are really very helpful if we needed anything. The pool is very nice. The house was very clean. There is a lot is space and quittness just what we wanted. If you want a lot of luxury than it is better to choose another house. At the back of the house is a ranch where a horse is....

"We had an incredible stay - Villa is prettier and bigger than in photos. Neighborhood is beautiful and sunset views were unforgettable. Beds were all kings and very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature fantastic. Rosa was so helpful and got us whatever we needed. We want to come back again!"

"Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels."

Margalida met us at the house to welcome us and show us all the fun features of this modern home. She was incredibly responsive and provided recommendations on places to eat, sightsee, and shop, as well as where to rent a car and the best traditional foods to order. "We had a fantastic stay in Casa Ventura. The property has an ideal location with walking distance to the village Portals Nous and the harbor and small, lovely beach. Very well equipped, and great outdoor areas. Rasmus was very accommodating and provided us all necessary info for a great stay. Definitively recommend."

"House great, another bathroom would have been good and aircon in the lounge. One negative is the quality of all the small appliances all plastic and cheap. But they worked. "This property is amazing for those who want to sit back and relax The villa consists of two bedrooms downstairs that can get hot, a large sitting room / dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, back room and downstairs bathroom with shower. Up stairs bathroom air conditioned lovely bedroom and huge terrace. The outside is what really sells with good size pool, barbecue area and covered dining area, grass area and large parking for many cars. Loved the villa and holiday with some great non listed items...

"Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"3 generations of our family ventured to Bella Vista this June. Beautifully traditional Spanish villa. Views were amazing!! Biniaraix is a lovely place. We’ve been to this part of Majorca many times before so the location away from Puerto Sóller didn’t put us off. It is hard to get to by car and parking is limited but if your happy to be adventurous & also walk to places it’s definitely a little piece of paradise xxx"

"We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Lovely house where the breeze always blows through the trees. Great swimming pool. Birds in the mornings. The road to Porreres or Llucmajor is really nice and it only takes a few minutes. Central location makes it easy to get to other points on the island, too."
