More local information, please

The house was comfortable and well equipped inside and out we had some difficulties with the sophisticated hob. A list of recommended markets, restaurants and places to visit would have been a help but the owner helped when he was asked. Lack of wifi was an inconvenience.

Maison trÚs bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Emplacement commode, il suffit de traverser la petite route pour accéder à la mer. Plage agréable.

Alle Ecke der Insel mit Fahrrad erreichbar, allerdings teilweise sehr schlechte Wegen und schlecht signalisiert.

Un trÚs bon séjour

La maison est parfaite pour les vacances reposantes, au calme, proche d'activités de l'ile d'Oléron diverses. L'extérieur est trÚs agréable et la maison est propice aux rencontres d'autres vacanciers grùce à la seconde maison attenante. Le barbecue offre des opportunités de vraies vacances d'été ! Le garage à vélo est également indispensable pour conserver les vélos sereinement. On regrette les échanges quasi inexistants avec le gestionnaire au moment de la réservation et du coup les mauvaises surprises sur les surcoûts liés à la location des draps ou le ménage qui n'est pas compris dans les frais d'Abritel. Il reste arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour sur l'Ile D'oleron, qui porte bien son nom "Lumineuse". La villa soleil est trÚs bien située, facile à vivre et le jardin est trÚs agréable. L'équipement reste un peu minimaliste mais correspond bien aux vacances "nature" sur l'Ile. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

A l'arrivée, excellent accueil. Suivi d'un séjour fabuleux, la villa soleil est bien située (à peine 1 minute de la plage). Confort exceptionnel, intérieur trÚs propre et magnifique jardin arboré. Tout le nécessaire est là; jusqu'au transat dans le jardin. Aucun doute, nous reviendrons

MĂȘme si quelques Ă©quipements mĂ©riteraient d ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s ( tĂ©lĂ©vison et tĂ©lĂ©commande HS , literie matelas ressorts ) nous avons tout de mĂȘme passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette location, super jardin et trĂšs bien situĂ© au bord de la mer ... Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gerĂ€umiges Haus mit grossem umzĂ€untem Umschwung. Herrlich nah am Meer ( nur grad ĂŒber die Strasse ). Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine. La maison, ses equipements et son jardin sont superbes pour petits et grands. La plage à quelques pas est trÚs agréable. Merci a Franck pour son accueil et pour avoir répondu a nos attentes.

Super vacances en famille

La location a un emplacement imbattable et calme. Le jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous avons eu quelques soucis de communication au niveau de l’arrivĂ©e, l’agence semble avoir beaucoup de location Ă  gĂ©rer mais nous avons pu attendre Ă  la plage juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. La location contient tres peu Ă©quipement de type jeu, basiques de cuisine (sel/poivre), etc. Nous avons pu ajouter les draps et le mĂ©nage sur le tard ce qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, l’agence est assez rĂ©active et flexible.

Vacances au calme dans un beau logement

Maison trÚs bien située (proche de la mer) et au calme. Maison trÚs bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, frigo, four en trÚs bon état). (le plus serait une machine à café à capsule et une plancha pour bbq). Bonne literie (matelas tout neuf, changer au début du séjour).

Dommage que la chambre parentale ne soit pas équipée d'un lit 160 x 200 et d un matelas récent confortable. Télécommande TV défectueuse , fer a repasser fuyant , nappe de cuisine tres usagée. Le wifi serai le bienvenu au 21 ieme siÚcle.
