"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. "First impressions were very good, with adequate cooking, reception and dining areas. Bedrooms varied as to size with some of them compact. Hanging areas for clothing and lack of hangers in some rooms. The pool was good but needed attention to cleanliness possibly due to our numbers. "Amazing stay. The photos do not do this property justice! Very spacious rooms, amazing balcony with view of the sea and pool. The pool is huge and very much welcome in the heat. Quiet area but very close to local bakers (walking distance) and 5 minutes to supermarket. Close to the lovely beaches of Frejus and Ste Raphael. "We traveled with our sons - 10 and 12 from the US. The house exceeds expectations. It’s stunning. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The pool is lovely. The kitchen looks out over the sea. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning and ice maker is plentiful (IYKYK). Most impressive - this home is a 1 block walk to club 44 which was our favorite beach and lunch spot.
