Très bel appartement traversant, moderne, arrangé avec goût, bien aménagé, doté d'un grand balcon où nous avons pu prendre nos repas quand le temps l'a permis, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. La literie est très confortable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. De plus, la place de parking, à l'extérieur, derrière l'immeuble, est aussi à prendre en compte. Caroline et son mari sont à l'écoute et charmants.

Appartement très bien situé, lumineux et décoré avec goût.Agrément d’un appartement traversant avec vue sur la mer et vue sur les arbres Une table pour prendre ses repas à l’intérieur en cas de mauvais temps pourrait compléter l’ameublement.

Appartement refait très convivial et fonctionnel avec une vue sur toute la baie de la baule. Une terrasse bien exposée et spacieuse pour y manger face à la mer. Proximité des commerces avec tout ce qu'il faut avenue Lajarrige. Résidence calme avec ascenseur. Un très bon séjour. location à conseiller.

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Il vient d'être refait complétement à neuf et avec beaucoup de gout. Caroline nous très bien reçu et a été à notre écoute pour régler très vite les quelques tout petits problèmes logistique. Le lit est très bon et ça c'est important. L'appartement est bien placé avec un accès direct à la plage. Les commerces sont à coté et on peut y aller à pieds sans problème.
