Superbe appartement dans un superbe emplacement

Appart refait à neuf avec soin par des artisans expérimentés; L'immeuble est de qualité et bien entretenu. L'ascenseur ne dessert que 2 appartements. Les matelas sont remarquables de confort. La vue sur toute la baie est très appréciable. Sinon, Semble équipé pour seulement 2 personnes comme nous l'étions. Les oreilles sensibles pourront objecter que la chaudière à gaz s'entend la nuit si la porte de la chambre est ouverte, laquelle chambre donne sur l'arrière. Les galets de la porte fenêtre coulissante du balcon nécessiteraient un peu d'huile ou qu'on note qu'il faudra un jour les changer.

Appartement entièrement refait au 6eme étage. Extrêmement agréable !!! Vue magnifique sur la baie d’un côté et très dégagée de l’autre.
