"Our stay was idyllic. This is a very peaceful space. It is rustic but with all the modern requirements. Check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive with our questions and needs. It is a lovely hike down to a very secluded beach. My partner and I were here for a cycling adventure and our own yoga retreat and this property was perfect. Our only regret is that we didn't book it for the whole two weeks of our stay."

"We stayed for four days in this lovely house and enjoyed every minute. It is difficult to find, but worth every effort in doing so. Good house, great garden (excellent for dogs), beautiful swimming pool and a lot of privacy in this house surrounded by palm nurseries. The nice beach of Torrenueva is close by (5 car-min.) and the trip to Granada / The Alhambra is around 30 car-min."

"Very nice and clean place, and overall a special experience to pass some days in that traditional cave. The cave has a very good climate, especially when it's hot outside. Beautiful surrounding! And Guadix is a nice town with fair prices. Also Maryse is a very kind host! She has a sense for nice details and has a lot of historical background."

"This place was perfect and allowed us all to meet as a family and to relax and enjoy each other's company. Everything that we needed was provided, the house was cool peaceful and the pool was amazing. We used the outdoor areas including the pizza oven and the grill regularly. The family (six adults) loved it. It's about 20 minutes from the center of Almuenecar and the road is very steep and narrow in places. We had a 2 WD SUV and it was no problem.
