"Good location, very large bed, large room, supply of coffee, tea and water. Nice balcony, helpful and friendly staff. On-line check-in didn't work, even after around 6 emails about it, but that did not cause any problems."

"This is a fantastic hotel positioned on a lovely plaza with loads of restaurants. Nice terrace around the hotel. You can hear the buzz from plaza in room but when windows are closed, it’s silent. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Super comfy bed. Quality bed linen. Quiet air con, great shower. Good breakfast choices. The pool is small but perfect. Great views to the beach, the city and the mountains. The staff were exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and smiling. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was very welcoming and I was delighted that i had nothing to complain about. I will say that this hotel presented a calming effect on me. The staff was very professional and are attentive the visitors. I totally enjoyed the food and my stay. I visited Rock of Gibraltar and that was the icing on this visit."

"The hotel is in an excellent location on the promenade by the beach. The room had a beautiful beach view and was located next to some excellent restaurants and bars. The room and bathroom were adequate in size and were clean. The room did not have a fridge or tea service, however, tea was available downstairs. We were able to borrow wine glasses and a bottle opener from the reception desk in order to enjoy wine in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and loved the perfect location."
