"the staff receptionist was wonderful, but the entire hotel simply needed more service. He was trying to check in several groups at once and many of the rooms had problems. Some had no working electrical outlets, some had not been cleaned and one even still had another guest in it. he was doing his best, but needed more help. "

"My room was amazing and the location is perfect in the city of Bonn! Everything is nearby, specially if you want to visit the Beethoven Haus."
