"It is not 5 star hotel. 4 stars Max. Nice hotel but limited with amenities.. we had to ask for toothbrushes twice and received none. Limited option to cosmetic kits (almost none). Hotel does not replenish supplies.. so if you used shower cap once, it will be gone next day and good luck having a replacement ( remember no toothbrushes, no extra shower cap… hold on to what you got). Hide them. Limited amount of towels as well- 2 only. My face towel for second night was gone as well, no replacement...

"We had an excellent 3 nights stay at Casa Pince. We loved the location as it was very close to the sights, metro, La Rambla and plenty of choices for dining. There were a lot of dining options for vegetarians. The staff at the front desk was awesome. Sherry, Pablo, Oriol, and Marianna were very friendly, gave good recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Just one thing to know that this hotel is on a street that is only for pedestrian after a certain time till 9 pm if traveling with...
