Very beautiful villa with private swimming pool

Very beautiful villa with private swimming pool and garden, a stone's throw from the sea.
Very beautiful house with private swimming pool at the foot of Puig Sec in a very quiet area, 15 minutes walk from the large Riells beach.

With its enclosed garden and terraces, this villa offers you the opportunity to spend a quiet family vacation.

The living areas consist of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge.
From the living room, you access a very large, slightly raised corner terrace overlooking the large swimming pool.
An outdoor seating area near the barbecue allows you to spend very pleasant moments.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with 2 single beds, which can accommodate 6 people.

There are 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet.

Vehicle parking is either on the street or within the property.

Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will welcome you personally on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the important information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).
During your entire vacation, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for all information and problems.

Great stay at this villa, convenient location for two lovely beaches, walkable or a short car drive away. The children lived in the pool for the weekend.

Très jolie villa, la piscine est superbe ! Si il y avait un point à améliorer c’est la mise à disposition d’une climatisation mais sinon super séjour !
