The closest beach is Riells, just 900m away, one of the main beaches in the area, ideal for children due to its shallow depth and fine sand. On the Paseo Marítimo you will find a variety of bars and restaurants for all tastes, and during summer nights there are activities and fun for the whole family.

Low level:Living room: TV with foreign channels and dining table, from the living room there is an access to the terrace facing north to enjoy the summer sun and shade.
Kitchen: independent (gas stove, fridge-freezer, electric hot water tank, and all the necessary utensils for its use).

Bedroom 2: adouble bed 135cm + 1 single bed.

Parking: easy to park on the same street.Maximum capacity: 5 people.



Communal Pool:Located outside the house, with no direct access, it is situated on a parallel street 36 meters from the property, just a 1-minute walk. (Very quiet neighborhood) Normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.
