Typical Spanish villa in a good location with private pool and WiFi

Small old villa 15 minutes walk from the beach with private pool.

This one-story house is located on the corner of a street.

A large main room with living room and dining room is distributed in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed.
The other bedroom, a double bed.
In the middle an old bathroom with WC and bathtub.

On the other side, adjoining the living room, is the fitted kitchen.

Outside there is a practical little terrace for dining.
At the back there is an isolated and not visible space with the swimming pool and the barbecue.

Parking is on the street.
This is also possible in front of the garage, but the gate cannot be closed.

The neighborhood is quiet.

Sheets and towels are provided (the beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for any information or problem.
