Marisol: Holiday house next to Riells beach

Beautiful house located in a very quiet area of L´Escala. It’s only 2 minutes walk from the beach of Riells, and the promenade. The house has one private terrace.



The beach promenade of Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.



The house, recently renovated, is divided into two floors. It consists of three double rooms (160cm), two bathrooms with shower, living-dining room with exit to the front terrace, and American kitchen.



The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture.



In the house can sleep a total of 6 people, in three double beds.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
