Very nice modern renovated apartment in the Pueblo Pinos residence in L'Escala.
It is located on the second and last floor without elevator.
A beautiful covered terrace overlooks the garden planted with pine trees, with a magnificent lawn and a pretty community swimming pool.
The apartment consists of a non-private parking space around the residence, an entrance, a bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and wc, a very friendly main room where there is an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all the necessary utensils). Slightly below, is the living room equipped with a TV with TNT channels, free WIFI internet access, a coffee table and a sofa.
Upstairs a mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed.
Back on the ground floor, a French window leads onto a terrace on the west side overlooking the magnificent garden of the residence and its swimming pool. The Apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
The apartment is very quiet, due to its exposure. It is ideally located, 400 meters from the large Riells beach where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

Wonderful

The appartment is very well located - a short walk to the beach, shops and port. It is well equipped with access to a lovely pool. We had a great holiday!

Vacaciones en familia

Hemoa pasado una semana de vacaciones en este apartamento. Necesita una actualizacion porque muchas cosas, o no funcionan, o lo hacen a medias. Lo mejor, la terraza y la piscina comunitaria. Tambien nos ha gustado la situacion, en una zona tranquila pero a 5 minutos de la playa y del paseo marítimo

Bel appartement bien situé

Contact très facile avec M. Germain qui gère la location. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4, chambre avec 2 lits simples, dont l'un très inconfortable mais pour des enfants ça passe. Appartement bien équipé, la machine a laver est un plus, manque juste un lave vaisselle ds l'ideal. Terrasse grande, parfaite pour les repas. La climatisation est seulement dans le salon malheureusement donc la chambre en mezzanine avec le lit double (de très bonne qualité lui !) n'en profite pas du tout car l'air frais ne monte pas... il y a un ventilateur mais passer la nuit avec un ventilateur sur soi n'est pas très agréable, mais malheureusement indispensable vu la chaleur. On a essayé de descendre le ventilateur pour l'orienter de façon a faire remonter l'air frais mais celui ci ne s'oriente pas (ou fonction cassée...). Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec meubles de rangement, c'est bien agencé. Wifi fonctionnel, à relancer régulièrement mais très appréciable ! Idem pr la TV avec chaînes françaises, mais problème de télécommande (faux contact) qui rend la TV quasi inutilisable. Ménage globalement correct, mais reste assez superficiel (cheveux dans la baignoire, poussière sous les meubles, verres a relaver). Emplacement très bien, quartier calme, mais appartement mal insonorisé donc dépendant des voisins plus ou moins bruyants... Piscine au top !! Nous gardons un bon souvenir du séjour !

Très bon séjour, emplacement de l’appartement idéal, terrasse très sympa, et l’extérieur avec la piscine vraiment magnifique. Seul bémol vétusté de l’électroménager et connexion internet pas compatible avec les appareils récents.

Prima appartement dichtbij strand en boulevard.

Mooie centrale ligging op loopafstand van de boulevard en het centrale strand, maar ook dichtbij een mooi kiezelstrand met helder water waar je mooi kunt snorkelen.

Appartement was prima voor een weekje vakantie. Wel wat technisch onderhoud nodig. Kraan in de keuken zat los. Wasbak in de badkamer moet vastgezet worden. Douche stang in de badkamer lag eraf. Verder fijn verblijf. Contact met Wiliam was prima.

Très bon séjour ! résidence très calme , espace commun de la piscine et pelouse entretenu tous les jours. Bonne communication avec une agence réactive et sérieuse. Nous y avons passé 15 jours agréables avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Je recommande.

Gute Wohnung mit tollem Garten und Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Appartement. Alles hat gut geklappt. Besonders der Garten mit Pool hat es uns angetan, so dass wir wenig am 500 m entfernten Strand waren.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter , war auch bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Schöner Pool , trotz vieler Wohnungen nicht überlaufen . Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung Ein paar Modernisierungen täten der Wohnung gut ( Bad +Boden ) Ungünstiger Platz für Klimaanlage auf Balkon

Appartement très agréable conforme aux photos et description de l'annonce, situé dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Fantástico piso y zona

Todo descrito en el anuncio, incluso las fotos, son precisos! El piso tenía mucho espacio y una grande terraza para comer. William nos atendió muy bien para explicar el piso, donde comer, que hacer, etc. La piscina estaba muy bien, y la zona tranquilo en general (a veces se escucha los ladrillos de perros o chillos de niños). La ubicación está un 15-20 minutos caminando del centro, pero también hay trenes que te llevan hasta Sant Martí o más... Nos encanto la región. Había mucho que hacer: muchas playas, calitas, la ronda para caminar, las rutas de bici, kayaking, los pueblos alrededor, y las ruinas. Yo volveré sin duda!

Excelente zona común pero cosas mejorables

El precio es bastante elevado y esperabamos una mejor limpieza (cobrada aparte 50€) y los colchones son muy mejorables. Para dormir 15 días no se descansa bien. La zona común es perfecta.

Family vacation

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern, insgesamt 6 Personen, zu Gast bei William. Das Appartment ist ruhig und zentral gelegen, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Appartement

Wir waren hier fast zwei Wochen und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Appartement war sauber und wie beschrieben, die Außenanlage mit Pool war ruhig und sehr gepflegt und William super Gastgeber, man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Beim nächsten mal kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful 10 Night stay, plenty of room,! For the 3 of us. exactly as per pictures, pools fantastic only downside is a chilly, due to shade of trees, but warm by afternoon. We had slight problem with crockroach’s, not just our apartment, due to rain weeks before. Quickly and easily sorted with a few traps. Luckily me and partner aren’t fased by much, l’escarla hasn’t changed in the 2 yrs we haven’t been, still perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk to shop if that and further few mins to the beach. Would we use the apartment again....? Yes. Jo x

appartement dans petite résidence sympa et bien située

La résidence est au calme et à proximité du centre ville et des plages Le jardin est agréable mais à cette période l'on peut regretter beaucoup de pollens dus aux pins La piscine doit l'être également. Malheureusement la météo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter L'appartement est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur et est lui-même sur 2 niveaux. Mais avec une chambre au 1er niveau La terrasse couverte doit être très agréable par beau temps

L'appartement est trés agréable. Il est proche de la plage, des restaurants et des des supermarchés.Les enfants ont adoré. on a tout fait à pied ! Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel du gérant.
