Florence: Rustic style house, surrounded by nature

This rustic style house, completely renovated, is surrounded by nature. A very quiet place with views of the Pyrenees and just 850 meters from the beaches of Empúries.
The house has a small pool (5.50 x 2.20, depth 140cm)with garden and a nice terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy meals outdoors. The house is distributed in living room, kitchen, a room with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each, and two bathrooms with shower.
All rooms have a ceiling fan.
This house is perfect for nature lovers who want to enjoy the authentic tranquillity and life in the countryside - near home there is a small chicken coop - the children can play freely and have a great time!
In the house can accommodate 6 people: in 1 double bed (1.35cm), and 4 single beds (0.90cm).

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Todo Todo es inmejorable! Ya hemos estado tres veces y repetiremos sin duda. Por poner un pero, que el porche fuera totalmente impermeable, pero vamos, vuelvo a repetir, un alojamiento fantástico!!!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus und Garten mit Esprit, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider hat das Haus kein Wlan und man kann ausschließlich spanisches Fernsehen empfangen, was für internationale Gäste unvorteilhaft ist.

La maison est agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée, idéalement située et décorée avec goût , l'espace extérieur est parfaitement entrenu, on y passe de très bons moments. La cuisine regorge de vaisselle et d'ustensiles c'est top pour une location de vacances ! Les matelas sont vraiment très très inconfortables, nous avons pris une autre chambre cette année et se fut encore pire que l'année dernière... Pour le prix de la location nous avons été déçus d'être réveillés par des maux de dos à cause de la literie

L espai es correcte... pero hi ha la carretera molt aprop i els cotxes es senten molt Falta un aparell d'aire acondicionat i connexió wiffi (no serveix dir que no n'hi ha per la tranquil·litat)

La casa es correcta en su interior, funcional y muy limpia. A destacar: baños nuevos, camas confortables y electrodomesticos de calidad. Por el contrario, la casa forma parte de una granja (informacion no facilitada en la descripcion) hay un gallinero adosado al jardin con malos olores y ruidos de las gallinas. La piscina es mucho mas pequeña de lo que sugiere la foto del portal. Por ultimo, el acceso a la casa des de la carretera es peligroso, no esta señalizado ni asfaltado.

L unica pega, va ser la falta de tovalloles, per cinc adults, només teniem 2 tovalloles de ma, el correcte, hagues sigut una per persona. Pel demes la casa molt cómoda, la piscina petita pero perfecte per remollarte, hem gaudit de la casa i de la tranquilidad. Les tovalloles 1 de bany i una de ma per persona, sería el correcte per higiene i mes amb pandemia

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et bien entretenue. Le jardin est très agréable. L'agence est très professionnelle et réactive. Beaucoup de toiles d'araignées sous les chaises à notre arrivée. Un parasol pour l'espace pisicne serait bien appreciable

Hemos estado una semana de desconexión. La limpieza espectacular, no le falta ni un solo detalle. Las niñas encantadas con la piscina, cierto es que en la foto parece más grande pero es muy bonita y prácticamente cada día venía un SR. a primera hora a limpiarla.

Great location to access (in my opinion) some of the best beaches / restaurants . I would recommend hiring bikes to enable you to fully appreciate the local area, because it is a little walk. The whole family had a great time and the pool was a hit with the young ones. Just off the main road into L’escala which means it is not Rural but ideal for access to the super market and town if needed. Rental through a company so it not the usual Airbnb experience. Which meant you didn’t get the usual personal touches, personal area recommendations , food basics (herbs spices etc) and basic cleaning products. However, for the area it was a great stay and I would recommend to friends.
