Description of Property:
Beautiful seafront apartment located in a quality marine environment, between the Riells Beach and the Yacht Club, offers views over the sea and the Marina.

For up to 6 people, at 150 meters from beach, It offers two community pools, one for kids and another for adults, private parking space, lift, Smart TV, Internet WIFI and air conditioning.

Cozy apartment built in 2005, in the first floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of sun, in a three-floor building. The apartment size is 90 m² for up to 6 people. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It consist of a hallway, kitchen, two bedrooms, a complete bathrooms with bath, the dining room and the living room with access to the terrace (6 m²), and a suite with a complete bathroom with bath and access to the terrace.

The suite feature a king bed and the other two bedrooms 1 bunkbed and 2 single beds respectively.

In front of the apartment is the Yacht Club of L'Escala where you can contract all kinds of water sports (windsurf, light sailing courses, paddle surfing, kayaking, water ski, boating, etc.). There is also the diving company Orca Diving who will open the doors of the Mediterranean seabed.

Wonderful apartment and location

Very spacious and clean apartment with all amenities present. Pool at the apartment is very nice. You are just a few steps away from the L’Escala beach with plenty of restaurants and shops. Christina is very easy to deal with and response to all messages very quickly.
