Ground floor house with private pool in l'Escala, just a few metres from the Natural Park and 1 km from the beach of Riells. Recently refurbished and elegant, this house has everything you need to enjoy a unique holiday in l'Escala.

The best thing about this house is its exterior. It welcomes you with a beautiful garden and two outdoor parking spaces where you can leave your car. It has a large outdoor terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy long summer meals. Near the pool area, a chill-out area where you can relax and is also equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing and outdoor shower. A large private heated swimming pool, so you can enjoy the pool also in low season. The interior of the house welcomes us with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the kitchen island adjoins the dining table so that cooking is a shared experience. From the dining room and kitchen you have direct access to the outside terrace area. The house has three bedrooms, all of them with fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the third one has a bunk bed. The house has a toilet and a bathroom with shower.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi, as well as solar panels. It also has a garage and two bicycles. This house is ideal if you are looking for an accommodation with all the comforts, close to the sea and with a private swimming pool where you can relax and refresh yourself. Tranquillité proche de l eau

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique ! La maison répondait parfaitement à nos attente et elle était comme sur l annonce . Nous avons eu un temps formidable avec beaucoup de soleil et chaleur mais la climatisation de la maison et la piscine nous ont bien servi pour se rafraîchir. Alba toujours à l’écoute et réactive. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances
