Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Localisation au calme, espaces extérieurs, proximité de la plage, matériel à disposition... Ce n'est pas un simple gite, mais bien une maison, spacieuse et agréable. Je recommande!

Quiproquos sur l’heure d’arrivée 15 h sur le site, 16h dans les consignes de la personne qui accueille, ustensiles de cuisine hors d’âge (casseroles) télés en panne (2) arrivé le samedi dépannage le mercredi. Les abords négligés. Les +, maison spacieuse confortable, environnement très calme, proche de la mer.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage
Sehr schön gelegenes, perfekt eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, wenn man auf Wifi verzichten kann, in absolut ruhiger Lage, fünf Fussminuten zu einem schönen Strand. Großartige Ausstattung der Küche... Zwei schöne Terrassen... Einzig die Liegstühle könnte durch Neuere ersetzt werden... Die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus (Impasse de la Mougendrie) befindet sich ungefähr gegenüber der Menuserie Roger in der Rue des Eloux (D95). Dort kann man auch gut parken und auf die Verwaltung des Ferienhauses warten, die einem die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus zeigt (ohne Schlüssel keine Zufahrt möglich!).

Nous avons apprécié le séjour dans cette maison idéalement placée à proximité de la plage. Rien ne manque dans cette maison, la décoration est attentionnée, le calme est absolu. Y retourner devient un objectif !

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine dans cette location, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût. L'emplacement est effectivent très calme, idéal pour le repos. Belles ballades à faire aux alentours, pour découvrir l'ile. Le centre ville de l'Epine n'est pas très loin à pieds, à signaler la boulangerie offrant une multitude de pains plus délicieux les uns que les autres et la petite échoppe qui vend de délicieuses huitres et moules à l'entrée du village... pour les amateurs.

Quel emplacement et quel calme ! Et en plus un service excellent, avec mise à disposition de jeux de société, de vélos, ... Nous avons adoré, et nos enfants aussi. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Bon séjour à Noirmoutier
Jolie et confortable maison avec beaucoup de choses à disposition. Nous avons apprécié les vélos pour se promener sur l’île. Très bien située la maison est vraiment au calme dans une impasse et en juin nous étions presque les seuls. Les commerces ne sont pas loins et c’est un plus.

Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil in einer sehr schönen Lage.
Das Ferienhaus ist auf einem Grundstück das 3-seitig nichtg eingezäunt ist. Schöne Bepflanzung mit alten Bauen und blühendenPalmlilien. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat ein gutes Raumklima. 300 mtr. zum Atlantik sind kein Weg. Das Wellengeräusch hört man bis zum Haus. Die Nahversorgung ist gut und die regelmässigen Märkte über die ganze Woche hier und in der Umgebung lassen keinen Wunsch offen.
