"La maison est très bien située, en plein centre-ville proche du marché, des commerces et de la plage. Le stationnement est facile dans la rue. Une belle maison de style qui a du caractère dans un quartier très calme. Très beau jardin. Les escaliers intérieurs qui mènent au rez-de-jardin sont très raides et ne conviennent pas à de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées dans l’état. "We went with 4 perons and 2 dogs to the wonderfull vacation-villa of Gilles. It was wonderfull. Beautiful garden, all was fenced (good for our dogs, so they could be free and save in the garden). Nice pool, big enough. There are plenty of seats to chill in the garden. Also inside it was perfect. You had everything you needed in kitchen,... "Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"La Roche aux Bois is a beautiful house with much thought given to details such as the decoration and renovation of this charming stone house and garden . Our family of 12 enjoyed the peace and quietness of the house set in a lovely garden surrounded by palm trees and oleander. The house needed more equipment in the kitchen such as cups , sharp knives, potato peeler etc and it missed a guest book with important details of where things are such as bottle bank, banks, pharmacy, places of interest...
