"Clean rooms, great city location. Close everything "

"The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity details, but it required a signature, and none of the 5 had any way to do that digitally. Most of the communication had to be done on WhatsApp, which we don't use, in order to function properly, including check out. Fortunately, the person in charge was on the premises and eventually let us in. She admonished us for arriving before 15:00, but she was friendly and took in everyone's luggage. She was very nice, but that doesn't change the fact we did not know it was an unstaffed hotel and we would normally not be able to leave our luggage. That said, it was a very good location, centrally located for our sightseeing."

"The view from our room was amazing . A beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Roman ruins where the gladiators fought directly below our room. Breakfast was wonderful with multiple delicious choices."

"The hotel is well located the rooms and bathroom are great clean, modern, and the king bed in our room was huge! Comfortable pillows, breakfast are good too, the staffs are friendly and always welcoming you."

"Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. Customer service was nice and they tried to help but was a weird complicated call center process, but room was great. "

"Lovely, clean studio apartment. We had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing in the sun in the evening. The windows and doors to the balcony block out a lot of noise so barely heard the trains going past. Bed was huge and comfortable so we slept well. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful!"

"This small hotel is fabulous and perfectly located in the old town. Albert the owner is a mine of information and nothing is too much trouble. Small and perfectly formed would highly recommend."
