"For English speaking traveler, staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very nice and close to Fontana Novantanove Cannelle. Downside was only construction on Main Street, to access the city center most direct walking route requires walking up a few hills, and a few noisy dogs in the area. Well priced, good breakfast, incredible staff, and nice accomations."

"Nice and clean apartment in the centre of L'Aquila in a quiet area. Giuseppe has been a fantastic host and very responsive. All the major comforts are provided and free parking is near. Giuseppe also provided a resident permit to park in yellow parking spots. Nice coffee machine too! Very recommended!"
