The Entire Apartment booking includes all 175 m² and accommodates up to 10 guests: four bedrooms with one double bed each, plus a sofa bed for two in the upstairs sitting room. The sofa bed is prepared when needed for the ninth and tenth guests, at no separate charge; otherwise the space remains a sitting room.

LOWER INTERNAL LEVEL
A living room with a 50-inch Smart TV, an equipped kitchen and an extendable dining table seating 10. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. The Acqua and Fuoco double bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub are on this level.

UPPER INTERNAL LEVEL
The private staircase leads to the Terra and Aria double bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and the sitting room with sofa bed and a second 50-inch Smart TV. The bedrooms and bathroom on this level have a wooden roof and skylights with blackout blinds.

AMENITIES
Wi-Fi, wired Ethernet and central air conditioning. Washing machine, iron and drying rack. Each bedroom has a wardrobe that does not lock. Bed linen and towels are included for all guests, including those using the sofa bed. A free cot is available on request and a free high chair is already provided in the apartment. Board games, guides in Italian and English and brochures are available. Streaming platforms on the Smart TVs require guests’ own accounts; no subscription is included or guaranteed. Cleaning during your stay is available only on request and at an additional charge.

LOCATION AND STAIRS
Explore L’Aquila’s historic centre on foot. The apartment entrance is on the building’s first floor, one level above ground, reached by stairs; there is no lift. Inside, the apartment extends over two levels connected by its private staircase. The lower internal level is not the building’s ground floor.

PARKING AND SHARED AREAS
Free public street parking is available nearby and is generally easy to find. Spaces cannot be reserved and are not private or guaranteed. All indoor areas of the Entire Apartment are exclusively for your booking; the communal building entrance, courtyard and outdoor areas are shared.

ACCESS AND CHECKOUT
Both the communal entrance and the apartment door are accessed by code. At checkout, close the door. If you were given emergency keys for the communal entrance, leave them on the small table.
