"Overall experience is good. The property is very new. Room is spacious and bright. Check in process is unique but smooth. Finding a parking nearby was a huge headache. And we also found a Easter egg....an underwear from last guest under the curtain. 😅"

If you don't have a car and you need a place with dinner options, find another hotel. The Hotel Cofortel doesn't have its own restaurant, and the options within walking distance are extremely limited (especially for anyone with dietary restrictions)

Although I arrived very late the receptionist was hospitable. Also the walls are very sound-proof - I heard hardly any noise.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! One of the worst I've ever experienced of any hotels I've stayed in--and I've stayed in many hotels. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating guests like that!
