"Great location, it is walkable to most of the attactions. We stayed in S108, it has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms. The air conditioners works well but the air conditioner down on the dinning room is a little noisy. The apartment looks like Ikea's showroom and pretty much everything was from Ikea! There is a full bath on the 2nd floor and 1/2 bath on the 1st floor right next to the kitchen. Washer and Dryer are located on the 2nd floor, the dryer filter wasn't cleaned but otherwise OK. No laundry...

"We had a great time staying in this unit for a short vacation to visit Quebec city. The location was great; It was 14 minutes walk to reach old city which was plenty close enough for us. There are also restaurants and shops within two or three blocks. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is probably a little nicer than it appears in the photos. The pool on the 12th floor rooftop was nice and warm and very beautiful. "The apartment was quite large and well laid out. Our large group fit very comfortably and the kitchen/dining/living common area was a great place to hang out. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including old quebec and the grocery store. Karl was very responsive. The stairs to get in are steep."

"Nina is the perfect host! She is very responsive and the property was excellently located. Property has a lot of old world charm, but could use a few updates (cracked tiles, broken back window etc). Also when traveling with a group of girls, wish there was a security system! Otherwise great stay."
