The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary needs. The kitchen also has a dining table, digital TV, and electric shutters, and an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool area. There is an additional shower/WC on the main level. The upper floor features an interconnecting room with air conditioning and three separate bedrooms. One room has a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), another room has a french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm) with an exit to the terrace, and the third room has a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm) with an exit to the balcony.
