Casa Munay is a beautiful and typical rustic 2-story bungalow with 3 spacious bedrooms, all of them with built-in wardrobes, 2 full bathrooms with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with gallery, living room, interior patio and has 2 terraces, one front and the other. . in the superior room where you can enjoy both warm sun and pleasant shade throughout the year and spectacular views of the Albir beach and Sierra Helada.

With capacity for 5 people. It has Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, towels, international TV and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Casa Munay has easy parking on the street in front of the bungalow.

The house is located at the top of the bungalow and has 2 floors.
In a quiet residential area with a large and beautiful communal pool (open in summer).

Excellent location to enjoy the tranquility and be close to all services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. 2 minutes by car from Albir beach, l'Alfàs del Pi and 5 minutes by car from Altea and Benidorm.

Around you you can enjoy nature, walks through the countryside, the Albir lighthouse, the beach, mountains, etc.

The urbanization is located between the town of Alfaz del Pi and Albir beach and very close to the national road that connects all the towns on the coast, so in a few minutes you will be on any of the beaches in Albir, Altea, Benidorm . or Villajoyosa.

To have fun with the children in the area we have large water parks, theme parks, the Algar fountains in Callosa d'en Sarrià, beautiful walks through the old town of Altea, Benidorm, etc.
