We were disappointed that the swimming pool was not operational and we discovered it has not been available since 2017. It is not acceptable to advertise a pool which you know is out of action and then advise us a couple of weeks before the holiday. This gives no time to rebook elsewhere.
The apartment we were given was nice and tidy but we then discovered that the electric blinds to the balcony from the main living area were not working. We advised the management on our first day but were never repaired. This meant that for five days and four nights we had no privacy and we were on view to the adjacent golf course at all times. This was not acceptable and we didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience to us.
The reception area to the building was in a poor state of repair and overall the accommodation is in serious need of updating.
It is a shame because the setting is very nice and quiet, the restaurant and bar attached is of high quality. The owners are letting themselves down and holidaymakers deserve a better service.
