One of the best stays we had in Japan! The hotel is very beautiful and our room was so spacious. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The housekeeping kept giving fresh towels daily and the front desk helped us transfer our luggage to the airport with amazing service. Hotel is also close to stations and stores. Will stay again in the future and recommend to everyone!!

It’s one of the best hotels we have stayed at in the entirety of Japan! The large space was a lovely change after being stuck in small accommodations and overall we fell in love with the decor as well. Staff were always so polite and helpful. It’s also right down the street from the market and other major shopping areas.

Staff was amazing and more than accommodating. Style and vibes were so different than a normal hotel in such a great way (brutalist architecture paired with amazing design/art). Hotel is at the very beginning of the walkable Main Street of shops which leads to Gion district. Also super close to Nishiki market. Cannot recommend more!

The hotel is unique and very aesthetic, with beautiful art pieces displayed in the lobby. Its location is very convenient—close to convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and just a short walk to bus stops and train stations. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. They also provide complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch during my stay.

The location is very good,walking distance to many attractions and train station near by. Staff was friendly, but service is average.The interior is interesting but no laundry facilities, tv,wardrobe. We couldn't have an Air-conditioning on because the air blow straight to the bed in your face.

Was away from all the bustle. It was a very quiet area but was still close to everything. The staff were super friendly and the cafe in the Hotel was great. Would definitely stay here again.
