During our week-long stay at this hotel, my girlfriend and I were captivated by the seamless fusion of traditional Japanese style and modern comforts in the rooms. However, what truly distinguished our experience was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From Tomoyuki's warm welcome at reception to Anne's insightful recommendations as the GM, special mention must be made of Madhu at the restaurant, whose engaging conversations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, in general, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and attentiveness.
