"We loved the pool area, but were disappointed not all the saunas and steam areas seemed to be working. The wellness area had outdated workout equipment but we loved the options for racquetball and ping pong. Getting here is a hassle if you don’t have a car. There is a grocery store and little toy shop very close to the hotel (but you’ll have to walk your groceries up hill to get back to the hotel without a car - Just a warning since we saw some unhappy faces as we drove past them). We loved the pool table downstairs in the bar and our balcony was spacious with great views. It seemed by the overall look of the hotel that it was luxurious back in its day of maybe the 80s or 90s. I didn’t mind it at all and would stay here again! "

"Within in sight of amazing Porta Nigra, just wow! Incredible apartments. Super clean and beautifully decorated! We had two apartments. One had a full kitchen which had the necessary kitchen equipment for the 7 of us to eat breakfast and lunch. There is grocery story next door. Perfect location for restaurants, train station and Porta Nigra. Would love to go back, we had too short of a time there."

"Great view of the Porta Nigra! Breakfast in the hotel was really good! AC didn’t work so good in the room, but slept with the window open to cool off the room. Very friendly staff! "

"Clean and well maintained facility. Staff members are friendly, and our room was facing back side of the main road and super quiet. The blackout curtain worked well too. Enjoyed the breakfast also. It was a great stay visiting Trier. "

"We really enjoyed our brief stay in the dog-friendly Ferienresidenz Brauneberger Hof. The small town is very quaint with a superb walking path alongside the Mosel River. Our very comfortable room had patio access to the back garden for our dogs. The shared eating area and kitchen were exceedingly well-equipped. We would definitely revisit and recommend this hotel to others."
