"Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal for visiting the Great Zimbabwe monument. The hotel is comfortable but currently being refurbished so will soon be a bit smarter."
"Prior arrangement made were not honoured. No accountability was taken. We were advised that rooms include breakfast only to be told we have to pay for it on check-out."
"Very much in need of renovation, and basics need sorting. No electricity when you need it, cold/tepid water, pretty poor breakfast. Rooms were clean but they are just too far gone. Price doesn't reflect experience sorry to say."
