"שהות בבית המלון היה נחמד, חוץ מרמת שירות שפחות מתאימה למלון 5 כוכבים. ביקשנו כוס פרוסקו בארוחת הבוקר כמו שמגישים בכל בית מלון 5 כוכבים בעולם. הביאו לנו איזה משקה מוגז מאוד מר ולא אהבנו, במקום לתת לאורח להרגיש טוב ולהביא לו מה שהוא מבקש - הנהלה פשוט התעלמו ואמרו שזה מה יש אצלם. מיני בר בחדר ריק לחלוטין- אין כלום בפנים."

"We picked this hotel for the Aqua park and swimming pool as we had a 6 year old child. In hotel pictures, hotel shows as everything is almost in the hotel which are not. Everything is in a short walk distance but NOT within the hotel. It was a bit misleading -you can see they have a small note saying aqua park is 9 minutes away or something. They shouldn't put the other pictures which are not within the hotel. And no kitchen in the hotel, for breakfast you need to go to shopping centre's bowling...
