"A truly hospitable property. I wish hotels were like this. Everything you could possibly need was available to you including hair straighteners and charging cables. Breakfast was self serve which means you make your own toast and eggs is you like and was perfect. While i don't think this style is for everyone, i absolutely loved it. "You can tell this hotel is quite old and not well maintained. The carpet tiles were separating and had an odour, and the laminate flooring was lifting. There were many stains on the walls and even a few on the sheets, though we didn’t complain about them. On the positive side, the beds were relatively comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to many restaurants and the harbour, which was beautiful at night. The owner recommended a nearby seafood restaurant, but we found the food...

"The stay was acceptable, but the breakfast (paid extra) was very disappointing and below acceptable standards. Several items did not appear fresh and seemed to have been left out for an extended period. I was unable to eat most of the food. When I raised the issue, the staff denied any problem and dismissed it as personal preference, which was not appropriate. Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine."

"The views and walks around the hotel are amazing. It has some restaurants near it, but they are very expensive and not friendly people. If you are looking to get away this place is perfect."
