"Friendly staff"

"スタッフの対応はすばらしかったがバスタブに長い髪の毛が一本垂れ下がっていたのが残念だった。 一本あるだけで清潔感が一気に薄れた。"

"If you’re a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. They play music in the hallway and I was extremely jet lagged and could barely sleep my entire trip. The staff are extremely nice."

"Need more shuttle buses, not only once a day in a very early morning which the mall stores were not even open. More wall outlets in the bedroom. Staffs need remind customers about the demagnetized key card while it stored together with the phone, or upgrade your system."

"Just perfect."

"Restaurants are abundant. Plenty of buses available. If you like stiff mattresses and are under 6’ tall then this is probably ok for you. We lacked space for our suitcases. Room very small. Solo travellers be ok too."

"Brand new maintenance; laundromat service available; price range."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is laundry room. Hotel is close to Olympian 1,2,3 malls which is very convenient. Hotel is one MTR station to the Kowloon west and can walk to high speed train station. Location is excellent. There is luggage storage."

"Good variety at breakfast. Good gym. But no swimming pool"

"Location wise, the Hong Kong W cannot be beat. The proximity to the Airport Express station, the in town flights check-in service that's offered at the station as well as the Kowloon West train station which offers trains to and from Mainland China. The fact that the big mall that offers plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities is right downstair is just icing on the cake. Though there was a little wear on the bathroom glass but overall, the room is in very good conditoon we would not...

"We needed help to pay our uber & the staff helped w/ no questions & also helped us to get around. I didn’t get the name of the person checking us in but she was great"

"The room was spacious and the lobby and kitchen amenities were great. The regular bed’s mattress was on the firm side and the sofa bed was short and merely adequate - not super comfortable - mattress was too thin. We really liked the hallway water dispensers and the bathroom was great. We did have to empty the dehumidifiers twice a day. Location was pretty good. Some kind of divider curtain would have been nice to divide the sofa bed from the kitchen area. We enjoyed the communal lounge area....

"Great place to stay, all the staff are very lovely and welcoming"
