"We had a great time here in a great apartment. Definitely recommend you try this place. We came at 3am and there were two ladies waiting to show us the apartment and help us in. They regularly came to bring new towels, vlean and take away the trash. The apartment is also very large and fully furnished. The restaurants down below serve excellent food as well. "Very tiny apartment on ground level. It's comfy but cleanliness could be improved, especially the floor, it didn't look as it had been swept or mopped at all. Bathroom has a bad smell and the bed does not have such a frame, so you're pretty much lying through the mattress that is only being held by the bed frame itself. But kitchen is well equipped and it's warm inside. I think it's a bit overpriced though for this size in comparison to other apartment-like accommmodations we've stayed in all...

"The apartment is huge with 3 balconies in an ideal location. 1 balcony in overlooking Majanishvili Square! The property manager even let me extend me stay for 2 additional nights at the same rate! The property manager is very accessible and all maintenance issues that arose were addressed within an hour time. The kitchen is big and fully stocked. In agreement with the last review I also wish I could say it was clean. The shower was a bit of a crust bucket, there was a used bar of soap in it...

"　外観および階段ホールは相当くたびれているるものの室内はよく整えられている。場所が特殊で、大統領官邸から川沿いの幹線道路に降る急勾配のカーブでい石畳の道の途中にある。 　川向こうから戻ると、階段か坂道の坂を登ることとなる。しかし、このような道路環境のため、朝夕の車通行は多いものの、最徐行運転のため騒音はない。 　室内は、特に大きな問題はないけれど、ガレージの上にある部屋で、構造の制約からか床からI mくらいの扇型の窓があり、この上に管理用収納とテレビ枠がある。 　客用の収納スペースがほぼないため、物の置き場所に工夫が必要だった。 　また、テレビの位置が高くやや見ずらいことと、背面パネルが隠れいていてポートに接続ができないものの、衛星受信機用のＨＤＭＩケーブルがあるのでメスポートの機器（ＡｐｐｌｅＴＶ等）は利用できる。 　天井照明のほか、ＬＥＤ電球がよかしあるけどそれぞれ別スイッチで操作が煩雑になっている。 　便利な設備として、洗濯機があり、乾燥は室内干しになるけれど、ヒーターやエアコンで夏冬とも一晩で乾く。 　"

"Very nice apartment with plenty of room: 4 bedrooms and 2bath- it’s difficult to find In that part of the citi! Great terrace with a view, enjoyed my morning with a cup of coffee. Apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable staying. Good location in the Old Tbilisi , walk distance to different cafes and small restaurants (famous in that part of the city).
