"I wanted to share my feedback on this hotel. It was in an excellent location right next to the train station and shopping areas, which made moving luggage from the train very easy. The breakfast buffet was also delightful with a lot of options. Additionally, it is located close to the park, which is a great spot to spend an hour or so. Highly recommend it!"

"You know Akita is little difficult location to go from Tokyo. So there is little foreign tourist. We booked 2 rooms but we had a hard time to identify 2nd room. Their duty manager was kind and patient to help us. We want to visit this local hotel which shows friendly and tactful actions."

"Loved their complimentary breakfast. They changed some side dish menu every day so I never got tired of it. You might need to wait in the line right after the serving time starts (6:30AM). Although the seats are limited, there’s an option to take out food to your room. Convenience store is located in the same building, which is big help especially for travelers’ first day."

"The hotel was about a five-minute walk from the station, which made it very convenient. There were food options in the station as well as nearby, along with a lovely park and a shopping mall with a LOFT store. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. They also offer complimentary breakfast and free coffee."

"It’s located close to the station, plenty of restaurants and small shops around. There is a supermarket, convenience store and laundry close by. The staff is friendly and helped us to send out bags to the next hotel, lend us plates etc for our takeaway. A really great value for money hotel in this town! We stayed here and went on a daytrip (easy by train) to Kakunodate (Samurai Village)."
