"作りの古さはあるとはいえ、それを補って余りあるリフォームの手際。ロケーション（大通りがすぐ近く、線路も比較的近く）ということによる音、ほぼ板一枚ガラス一枚で外の歩道と接していることによる朝の通勤時人々が行き交う音や話し声といった事を気にするかどうかが意見の分かれるところかもしれませんが、ここは都会に残された昭和の民家。懐かしさを感じさせてくれ、私はそうした外の音も環境音として受け入れられました。時代に置いてけぼりにされた小さな民家、きっと傷みも少なくなかったであろう家に息吹を吹き込んだリフォームやインテリアの工夫に脱帽です。"

"Visited from California with my partner, and we had a great time. The hotel was located right next to the train station (2 minute walk to the Toei line), and had a coffee shop, Lawson store, and restaurant surrounding it (super convenient). The room was smaller and intimate, but very clean and with all of the necessities. Most major Tokyo destinations (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, etc) are all about a 30 min train ride from the hotel. "This hotel was conveniently located for all of our needs. The communication with hotel service members also exceeded expectations, so I am thankful. The only issue I found was with the dryer in the room, as it required multiple cycles to dry clothes completely. Other than that, the stay was excellent!"
