Add in the fantastic staff, stylish design, and thoughtful amenities, and it's an easy 5-star experience. My daughter absolutely loved the bunk beds in our room—she claimed the top bunk immediately and was genuinely sad to leave. It’s little touches like that that make a place feel like more than just a hotel. This was my first visit to Nagoya, and the hotel helped make it one to remember. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, and it left me already thinking about coming back. If you’re heading to Nagoya and want a comfortable, well-designed home base, this is the one."

"For North American travellers, this property is much better than its rating. It is a beautiful property about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Nagoya station. Local train station from the hotel is about a 5 minute walk. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most spoke enough English to help us navigate the local sights and train system. Many restaurants and stores in the area. It took us about 10 minutes to get from the hotel to Nagoya castle. Very highly recommended "
