25 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka village (West-Ruka) 3.2 km. Semi-detached apartment completed in 2022. Ground floor 63 m² and loft 25 m². Additional information: Final cleaning is included in the price. A warm garage for snowmobile (35 m²) shared with the other side of semi-detached house.
