"Fantastic for ctoss country skiing. Traclks start straiaght from the doorstep and are very welll maintained. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Pitty the restaurant wasn't open in rhe evening. I wasn't keen on O'lery's. Had fish and chips there first evening. They were lukewarm and literally just fish and chips - no peas. "24h service, warm accomodation with good parking, views and everything you need nearby. Highly recommended. Rent your own car to be more flexible in your adventure. Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again."

"Ihan hyväkuntoinen mökki mutta ei mitään luksusta. Toimiva huoneisto ja iloinen yllätys, että hintaan sisältyi loppusiivous. Lisäksi hintaan sisältyi ulkosaunominen Iisakki Villagen saunassa missä pääsi saunasta laituria pitkin suoraan järveen uimaan. Naisten saunavuoro oli lauantaina klo 18-20 ja mehän käytiin nauttimassa makeista löylyistä siellä. "

"The location is so magical. We have never been to anywhere like this place. The customer service is truly the best! We sent an email about arriving late at night (reception closes at 11pm), they sent instructions about how to access our cabin, so check in was seamless. Reception also gave us a portable wifi connector when we mentioned we could not get wifi connection in our cabin. They went out of their way to pack our breakfast the night before we check out as we were leaving before breakfast...

"Spent a week cooking sausages and waking naked between the sauna and the lake. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. So quiet. So peaceful. Wonderful and friendly relatives of the property owner nearby. Would stay here again and again. (There were a lot of misquotes, but some repellant supplies were on site that helped.)"
