"The staff were always friendly and helpful, the issues with the hotel shouldn’t reflect badly on them. There were just some problems that couldn’t be ignored: the room had sliding doors to a balcony that weren’t actually sealed properly so mosquitos could get in easily. I think the biggest problem is that it’s advertised as having a restaurant and there simply isn’t one at all. Even the sign out the front says there is one! Really bizarre.
