"A really nice hotel and very helpful staff! I was a bit apprehensive before making our booking because of a few old reviews stating that customer service was poor but we had the complete opposite experience, all staff were very welcoming and attentive. Great breakfast selection and amenities including female only and unisex indoor thermal pool, normal indoor pool, hamam, sauna, steam room, outdoor pool, gym, hairdressers and skin treatments. Our room was great and spacious. Only issue we came across was the TV being difficult to work due to it being embedded inside the mirror. In terms of location, easy walk down to Historical Odunpazarı Mansions but a steep walk up (but manageable for your average person)."

"It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very nice, but we weren’t expecting so many fun activities in the surrounding area. Great food, souvenirs, museums, ceramics, glass… a really nice place. All within walking distance. Taxi from train station is 200 TL or about US 4!"
