"Clean room. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Great breakfast with variety of international foods. Loved sitting around the pool. Could use more seating around the pool. But the happy hour from 12-6pm was amazing!!!"

"We had a family room with lagoon access. It worked well for us and really liked the lagoon pool. Staff were helpful in making up for an early booking error. Our kids really enjoyed the pools, didn't get to try the kids club. Had to get used to the credit system of prepaying our account but was okay. Overall this was a really easy stay, close to mall, restaurants and waterbom, good inhouse facilities. A little pricey for food and drink in-house but it's all a trade-off. If traveling with kids, this is a solid choice."

"We changed rooms for a walk in shower. They seem to be updated whereas the shower over bath was a bit tired. Not suitable for us older guests. Also things like power points were newer and able to accommodate our devices . Breakfast was good and staff were amazing. All friendly and helpful. A lot of the rooms have steep stone steps to the front door but not all have handrails. I would happily return."

"Small hotel and seems to be a quick turnover of visitors. Staff are super friendly and since we were there for 8 days i felt spoilt with their care and attention. Special shout out to the housekeeping team who went above and beyond for a special occasion. Would stay again if I stayed in kuta"

"on a very busy road that you can't cross the road at all. the hotel and the rooms are very clean but the shower had draining issues. also it's a bit noisy inside the room where you can hear what's happening around you. price was amazing though."
