"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent amenities, and the airport shuttle was punctual and very convenient, making our travel stress-free. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options, which had a great variety and were delicious. A special thank you to Mika and Isma for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with outstanding service, cleanliness, comfort, and great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay."

"The renovation noise was utterly deafening, but it was communicated beforehand. We just didn’t expect it to be so loud and constant. It’s impossible to swim and lounge in the area with the renovation going on. Anggi from reception made my stay. Thoroughly helpful, accomodating and solved all our problems."

"We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape. I was very impressed by the peaceful atmosphere here. It felt like a peaceful, poolside experience, breakfast in the pool and every moment of our stay was relaxing. Absolutely loved our stay.The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, the room was large and spotless, and the breakfast selection exceeded expectations. The hotel's cleanliness and customer service were spectacular. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and tidy every single day. All the staff in every section was very greatfull, helpful, friendly and always ready to help. Staff should be recognised. Great Hotel Team"

"This property is great. It's located in a great location short distance from Kuta market, restaurants and shopping. The property is clean. However, there is construction happening in front of the hotel. Safe property for solo travelers, security at the door. I felt the pool towels could use an upgrade. You can rent towels, for a 100K rupiah deposit, I wished they'd at least looked decent. Food is excellent. Staff will help you with cab services but pretty much that's about it. Tours and such, you're on your own."
