Very nice property, they even were nice enough to upgrade or room.
Staff at front desk really good and helpful.
Only thing the restaurant was slow they took about an hour to get meals . There was only one other table.
Could understand if was a busy time .

Pulling up business after Covid is not easy, but the whole team displayed commitment in doing so. We could tell that from their great customer service and professionalism. Special shout out to the GM Ivan, also Mr. Pande and Ms. Satya who constantly sought for feedback from customers and we’d seen instant changes and improvements during the several day stay. Thank you!
Property photos are different from what is shown online. There were mosquitoes in the room. Bed sheets were not clean, there were stains on the sofas, etc. Didn’t look into bathroom.
We just checked-in, searched for another hotel and checked-out within an hour.
The staff was polite and courteous thought.

Overall,the room was pretty dated albeit indeed huge in size. Very big red flag, the towels in ghe bathroom had stains, I couldn't tell if it was due to overuse or they weren't cleaned at all. We had to bring clean beach towels from the poolside, as we didn't hace the guts to use the towels found in the room. Two electric outlets out of four found in the room didn't work, including the only one in the bathroom, super inconvenient, unacceptable. Breakfast selection was pretty good, after a long flight we overslept and arrived couple of minutes before the end of breakfast time, but the staff already started to gather the food and ladles, and weren't too cooperative when we kindly asked them whether they could have waited couple of minutes, until we could choose and bring food to our table.
The resort was okay on the outside, but our room was not particularly well maintained;
The doors onto the patio could not be locked at all.
The vanity basin in the bathroom wasn't attached to the vanity top at all at one end.
The grouting around the bath looked like a monkey had done it (albeit a reasonably clever monkey).
The TV had poor reception with interference lines through the picture, despite fruitless efforts by staff to remedy it.
The bed linen didn't fit the bed properly.
There was often a faint smell of sewerage in the bathroom.
The pool was nice, and was kept very clean. However, there were only a few sun loungers available around the pool due to space constraints.
The staff were all very friendly, and we couldn't find fault with them.
We thought that a resort under the Best Western umbrella would have been maintained to a higher standard.
Despite these issues, we still felt that the resort offered average value for money, as breakfast was included in the room rate.
For the price, staff, room, property - I can't fault this hotel.
Was given a massive room and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or functional. I particularly liked the breakfast and pool area. But for the price this package represents massive value.

Towels and bedsheets were dirty, unsure whether it was just old or they didn't change, we had to "steal" poolside towels since they were unable to change them in the first evening when we arrived after a long flight and didn't have the guts to use those towels. Breakfast was okay even though the 2nd day we almost overslept and arrived around 10 minutes before 10 AM, the end of breakfast, but the staff was already gathering the foof containers and didn't seem to be too cooperative and understanding when we asked them if they could have waited until we choose our meals. Very rude attitude. Two electric outlets didn't work out of the 4 in our room, including the most important in the bathroom, it's unacceptable! The kettle was also just a decoration, that didn't function. Very far from Kuta beach on foot, you need a scooter or grab. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's not Best Western quality. Hotels in bali are all declining in service, cleanliness and hospitality, they don't want turists. I will consider ever returning to Bali, as there're way better places and countries around Asia with excellent level of hospitality.
What a disappointing hotel. Staff were less than friendly and helpful. Sheets in 3 or of the 4 rooms were dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned in one bedroom. Was told breakfast was going to cost 75k every morning upon arriving for first breakfast was tired to be charge 10k staff member was argumentative and then food was not restocked on the buffet. Stayed one nbight and left. Would never stay again or recomend this place
