"Nice staff, great restaurant on site and great location. The hotel is a little dated but very clean and well maintained"

"Great location by the river - the river trail is gorgeous. Staff is friendly and nice they provide shuttle service to train station. The onsen is good but wish it had a view. Breakfast buffet is nice. Our room was good but the balcony overlooking the river is not clean and we did not go out on it which was a bummer."

"Very nice property with great bath, it was not very busy and the service wa excellent"

"A wonderful traditional ryokan experience, exactly what we were looking for. The hotel combines an authentic Japanese atmosphere with two public onsens and a private onsen in the room. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding and made the stay even more special. The staff were attentive and responsive, and the shuttle service to and from the train station was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and traditional Japanese ryokan experience!"

"Hotel staff is passionated and their dining is high quality. Nothing much nearby so stay in the hotel to enjoy their program and facility"
