"Modern hotel with great amenities. Conveniently located to visit the Kenrokuen Gardens, the 21st Century Museum of Art, the Geisha districts. Breakfast was included in the room charge, with a good selection of food, both western and local. Staff were very helpful and happy to offer suggestions."

"Everything was great only 1 problem was: on the first day of arrival I asked to book a taxi to station for my leaving day, they said ask the night before you leave and we book it. I asked the night before; they said ask taxis are booked! "

"We stayed at another hotel in the other side of park. They had an onsen, but I liked this hotel better!!! The people were super super nice. From the doorman, to front desk crew, to concierge. Clean and modern. Also, the king bed was huge and very comfortable with great linens. Close to the museums and castle park. I would stay here again. We ate breakfast at Starbucks adjacent to hotel. "
