"Somehow bathroom keep smelling a bit this time. Overall this hotel(chain) is just awesome. It has a public bath on top of the floor with nice views and they can give you bottles of water anytime and led you umbrellas if it is rain. Staffs are very friendly, helpful, and kind."

The residential rooms were fantastically equipped with a washing machine/dryer and a trouser press which was very convenient. Very good layout to the room. Staff were sadly not able to help us make dining reservations though, which was a bit of a disappointment (most other hotels in Japan have been more than happy to assist)."

All I needed to do was just to pay the courier fee and my tablet arrived at my hand the next day. Thank you so much Forza. "The hotel is right next to one of Japan’s most amazing gardens and within 1.5 miles of all local attractions. It’s a charming place with its own mineral hot spring. The staff was terrific. The breakfast buffet had plenty of local dishes. We loved it and would stay again. "
