"Decent place to stay in as the staff were nice and friendly. The place was not very occupied at the nights i stayed so it was really quiet to a point it was kinda scary as no staff were stationed after some time. "

"The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in. "

"Such a lovely Ryokan, the staff were all so kind and nice. Super friendly! Explained everything so well and offered pick up from a nearby train station and drop off at local monkey park. The baths were all so different and the vibes were really good. Would definitely go again! I'd recommend everyone to go if you want to stay in the area."
